Changes to providing contracts from 6 April 2020

On 6 April 2020 important changes will be made to the right to receive a written statement. The key changes are that:

Written statements of employment will have to be provided to ALL workers.
The right to a written statement will become a day one statutory right. This means any employee or worker who is hired on or after 6 April 2020 must be given a written statement of employment particulars before or on their start date at the latest.
